Hello, I’m Chef Eric.
For years, I’ve been firing up the grill and cooking for family and friends — it’s always been my passion. I knew I wanted to turn this hobby into something bigger, and in 2022… that’s exactly what I did.
After countless friends kept sending me the same BBQ competition link (not-so-subtle hint, right?), I finally gave in, signed up, and gave it my all. And wouldn’t you know it — I placed in my very first event.
